The pool is nice, quiet, a little bit sun but chilly. The location of the hotel is great, many restaurants, clubs and bars are nearby.

Top hotel for little money! Really nice rooms and very clean! Beautiful pool bar and rooftop bar! Anytime again ! That's breakfast!

The normal rooms without windows are only separated by a door to the neighbour, so they are very sensitive.

Ideal for Family with Children on a Budget

The room was set up nicely for our family, we even got an upgrade, made everything easier!

The price was a bit steep but not entirely unreasonable.

Breakfast at Aqua-Pool very pleasant .pool unfortunately not optimally cleaned, sun beds, towels very pleasant. Tea on the 16th floor very nice and priced more than o.k.

Purity pool, taxi mediation expensive once booked by Hotel Baht 220, once the same route booked by Hotel Mandarin Oriental Baht 79, -!!!!

The Beautiful Room offered plenty of space and comfort. The bed was cozy. Breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options, setting me up well for the day. Loved the rooftop bar with fine views. The pool area was refreshing and a great spot to unwind. The location was awesome, close to shops and restaurants but still not too noisy. A downside was the check-in process, which took longer than expected. Would have preferred it to be quicker, especially after a long journey. A good stay with some minor hiccups.

Marvellous and good setting, I did not want to leave.

The rooms were big size and carpeted, there was an exceptionally comfortable bed.

I'm afraid breakfast wasn't good, mass processing. I had expected much more for the price. Pool is extremely cold. And the steam sauna is separated by sex, which is very unfortunate.

The beautiful room was spacious and cozy, with an comfortable bed. The location is perfect, close to numerous shops and restaurants. Breakfast offered plenty of tasty options, and the rooftop bar had fine views. I also enjoyed the refreshing pool and the health facilities like the fitness center.

Staff very nice and helpful

Free Massage only for 1 person. It should free for 2 person because 2 person stay in that room. No fun to take massage alone.

The hotel features a lovely modern decor. The spacious lobby and accessible facilities were especially accommodating for seniors like myself, great for a pleasant stay.

Check-in process could be simplified for seniors.

The location is good: It is quiet in the bistling area; It is convenient to take Sky Train (free tuk tuk from hotel to nana station) The staff is nice Free WIFI is very helpful

The breakfas is not rich The facilities in bathroom are stale

Internet Service was very slow and that is not something that a business traveller can do without. The Room Cleaning Service was very slow and only done very late in the day. Furniture was fraying and old. TV in the room requires replacement as colours were flickering on and off. The entire hotel requires a complete revamp.

The breakfast options are awesome and perfect with fresh eggs, Good breads and fruit. Would love to go back, nothing to complain about, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Views are pretty bad.
